Maintenance:
It is recommended that jewellery is removed before going to bed or when taking part in any physical activity.
Jewellery should not be exposed to chlorine or salt water as this makes the surface matt and dull. Avoid contact with make up, creames, perfumes, this tarnishes jewellery.
Cleaning Metals:
Add a small quantity of mild cleaning agent, such as fairy liquid, to lukewarm water and using a small, soft toothbrush, gently clean the jewellery. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewellery with patterns which otherwise can be difficult to clean.
If the dirt is hard to remove and the jewellery DOES NOT have pearls or gemstones, soak in clean water.
Cleaning pearl and gemstone jewellery:
Pearls and gemstones must only be with a soft brush or cloth. Avoid exposing gemstones to water or cleaning agents.
Protecting Leather:
Leather products benefit from leather cream which prevent the product from cracking. It is advised to apply a leather moisture/cream when the product is first removed from the packaging or when it feels dry.
